Our Pricing

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to freshen up your powder room. Maybe you want to turn a loft into a playroom. Or maybe you have a creative project that just needs a little direction. Whatever it is, we want to be a part of your design journey.

Consultation.

Each project, client, and budget is different. We will work within your budget, offering suggestions along the way. The consultation is an opportunity to get to know one another and for you to decide if we are the right fit for your project.

During the consultation, you will be asked what you feel your design style is. If you have any examples of this, we’d love to see them! We will come with open minds and a measuring tape! We will need to measure the space and take reference pictures for our planning process.

This meeting is meant to be a collaboration between you and the designer. You know best, how your space needs to work for you. Conveying your needs for the space and voicing your concerns will help us know what design will work best in your environment.

The consultation is a 1-hour meeting that should take place in the design space. It also includes follow up research and a design board emailed to you within 2-3 days. 

The Consultation fee is $100 and due upon booking your appointment.

Pricing.

Each project comes with it’s own advantages and challenges. Once the consultation is completed, you can expect an estimate within 48 hours. the estimate takes into account; research hours, sourcing items, skilled labor, transportation costs, rental fees, materials cost and professionally styling the space. All estimates will be itemized for a clear understanding of the scope of work required. The estimate will be given to you before any agreements are signed and before any work begins.

DESIGN FEE is $800 and is a non-refundable retainer fee which is due upon booking your project. This includes 10 hours of research time, sourcing items, professional styling of the space and Photography. If research time, sourcing items and/or styling of the space exceeds 10 hours, this will be billed separately at a rate of $50 per hour. For smaller projects, special arrangements can be made for an hourly based rate. Please be aware that this fee does not include the budget for sourced items and only covers the time spent sourcing said items. “Sourced Items” are covered in MATERIALS COST.

SKILLED LABOR FEES will be calculated at $50 per hour. This includes finishing work, any projects that do NOT require a permit or any major construction. Construction, Electrical and plumbing must be done by qualified professionals.

MATERIALS COSTS are variable and will be determined by the market at the time of the project. This includes travel expenses and rental fee. I will provide an estimate once the details of the project have been discussed.

Photography

All projects will be photographed once the work is complete. As the client, you will receive a digital copy of all before and after photos. Keep an eye out to see your project featured on our Instagram stories and on the website!
